Survivors who body block exit gates

I was playing against mikey on coldwind and 3 of us were at the gate. This nea 99ns the door and stops, which would make sense if the last survivor wasnt dead. Mikey is running m&a, and is in teir 1 with noed. I see him coming, and try to open the gates.... With nea in the way. I get downed and THEN nea opens gates, and she and dwight tbag at the edge of the exit. I get hooked and die... Yay
