Sorry I am Newbie here so I make a question for people to answer :

Does Botany Knowledge :

  1. Work on other dying survivor ( we heal other people when dying )
  2. Work on myself when dying ( other people healing myself and I am not using self recovery by clicking m1 )
  3. Work on being healed by other people ??

Thx For answering guys ....

    1. Yes, it does, it increases your healing speed when healing others regardless of the Survivor's current health state.
    2. No, Botany Knowledge only increases your personal healing speed and efficiency, not other Survivors'.
    3. No, ditto.

If you want perks that can boost another Survivors healing speed (while healing you), than use something like Leader for that. Leader specifically boosts other Survivors cleansing, healing, sabotage, and unhooking speeds. Anything that improves YOUR healing speed only affects your active healing, it doesn't change anything when you're in the dying state or when someone else is healing you, it only affects YOUR healing speed on yourself (with Self-care or a med-kit) and others.

If you want a perk that can increase you dying state recovery speed, than Unbreakable is something you should invest in, maybe add Flip-Flop onto that if you have the DLC, and Tenacity as well. Basically that works like this, Unbreakable increases your recovery speed, Tenacity lets you recover in the dying state while crawling away (which is also quicker with this perk) and Flip-Flip takes 40% of your recovery bar and puts it into your wiggle bar when you're picked up. Besides that, the rest has been answered above.
