Second Wind is Surprisingly Decent
Run Second Wind with We'll Make it and Bond in solo queue. You can pretty much be the team's healer and get tons of value because often times teammates will run around injured so keeping health states topped up can be a massive help.
You usually have no trouble activating Second Wind twice and the first time it activates the Killer will assume incorrectly that you have Deliverance so they won't come back to the hook. Yes, Second Wind needs a perk build specially for it to be useful, but it's very viable to run. The last perk can be whatever (exhaustion, DS etc.)

wouldnt Empathy be a better perk then Bond in terms of injured???

@Danky Empathy is just bad. Bond gives you way more information and you can tell by a Survivor's animation if they're injured. The only advantage to Empathy over Bond is the range.
But if you're using Bond, you generally know which way people went even when they leave range so its relatively easy to make educated guesses of where they are

Hello
I will try out that build now, but one thing i am curious about.
What happens if you use this:
- We'll make it
- Second Wind
- Exhaustion perk
- Deliverance
Will you be healed after the 60 seconds, since Deliverane makes you stay broken for 60 seconds? It says "after 30 seconds it heals you automatically" .. are you healded after 30 seconds but you stay broken? :o

Second wind, we'll make it, botany knowledge and empathy sounds like a fun build (i used this exact build but instead of second wind I used self care)

See Second Wind's description: "Second Wind does not activate if you are already afflicted by the Broken Status Effect."
Basically, if you escape with Deliverance, you would be wasting Second Wind as it wont heal you.

Situational, but interesting concept to be an anti-tunnel perk.

Empathy does everything Bond does when a survivor is injured. if ure just using it for healing, Empathy over Bond.

The issue with Botany Knowledge is that Survivors don't know you have it so sometimes you have to spend like 30 seconds convincing them to get off the generator to heal. Plus it doesn't stack with We'll Make It
And Empathy isn't the best for finding healing when you need it since Second Wind is your only self heal. Bond is awesome for finding people to heal, coordinating gens, finding heals for yourself and knowing how to avoid interrupting gens when being chased. Empathy just isn't that versatile.

It actually does heal you. But you have to wait until the Deliverance broken effect ends. One of the Devs mentioned that here once

BK stacks with WMI, WMI just doesn't stack with itself

Yup

Second Wind is activateable, yes. It saves you up to 64 seconds on healing yourself if used optimally so it is a really good efficiency perk. Even better than Inner Strength which saves you 50 seconds max. The huge downside is the build required for it leaves little room for core meta perks. In an swf you can take out Bond and have a really good efficiency build with Second Wind, WMI, DS, and an exhaustion perk. In solo Bond is actually very good so I would say Second Wind is a viable strategy for both, if only costing you an exhaustion perk or DS in solo queue. Overall a very underrated perk with huge competitive potential.

But... Empathy has better range than bond and since you want to heal teammates, idk why you would want to see healthy lads. Also BK stacks with we'll make it, we'll make it is like prove thyself, only 1 can be active

I just can't ever see a reason to use Empathy. When you use Bond, it's pretty easy to tell where teammates are even if they're out of range if you mentally keep track of the direction they went the last time you saw them.

I agree that bond is better but not on a healing build

You can tell when Survivors are injured because they have different animations than healthy people. I've seriously never had an issue finding an injured teammate that's not in a chase
