How to deal with theese games as my main killer?
My main killer is Clown and alot of times i'm getting games where i just genrushed in 5 mins altought i'm constantly in chases and i'm ending that chases soon, but the other survivors just tapping gens and i feel like can't do anything against that. How can i apply pressure when i'm constantly hooking ppl but still got genrushed in mins? If this is continues, some of the killers are leave or switch to survivors and cuz of the lack of killers, the survivor queues will not be as instant as now....

The problem is, you can't.
You see, if you've looked at the top killers, they're killers that have map mobility, and can force survivors off of gens. The Clown however, cant do this.
The best thing you can do is run 2 slowdown perks, the best ones being Surge and Pop, with maybe Hex: Devour and Brutal Strength. That's my build but it rarely pulls through for me, because Clown is a hard killer.

But i want to play Clown and i want to enjoy it... this should be a minimum for a game what i paid for and what doesn't offer anything for free.

I play a lot of Clown. Unfortunately, Clown is the worst killer in the game right now. You could maybe argue for Legion though. Either way, you have an uphill battle.
At a minimum, you need to have a feather add on. His power doesn't actually do anything without it. You slow down to throw as much as the survivors slow down from the gas. It's honestly unacceptable from a QA standpoint, but 2 years later, it is what it is.
Don't throw bottles directly at pallets or windows. Survivors can just run/dead hard through the gas and drop the pallet or vault. Don't count on your gas herding survivors away from anything. Vets know it doesn't need to be respected.
There is typically one guaranteed way his power will get you hits. Start to loop like normal. Rotate the survivor around the long side of a pallet, throw a bottle right at the edge of the long side, and rotate them all the way back around through the gas. This will usually get you hits, especially with Flask Of Bleach/Starling Feather. But smart survivors will just drop the pallet or run to an adjacent loop when you throw. Not much you can do there.
They're under no obligation to stay at the current pallet and run through your gas. This is why Starling Feather is imperative. You need to give yourself a chance to recover from a throw and get a hit between tiles if they simply try to run somewhere else when you throw.
For shack, don't try to bomb the ceiling to spread the gas. You can miss and go through the ceiling. Just throw a bottle at the doorway opposite the pallet and vault the window when they're between the window and open side. You grunt went you vault. Don't try to mindgame a window. Imagine giving a vault audio cue 2 years later...
As for gen pressure, you don't have any. It sucks, but it ultimately comes down to the survivors and whether they're bad or not. Run Pop. Corrupt is rng based, and then you have 3 perks the rest of the gam

If you want to enjoy Clown, then you have to accept you're going to lose most every game. He simply does not have the map pressure to be viable. As said, if you're hooking people, than Surge and PoP are your best bet, but other than that, it comes down to the skill of the survivors.
