Are we ever going to get Cross Save?
Ok honestly I can’t be the only person playing this game on 2 different platforms now since the launch of dbd mobile, but this has been on my mind since I started playing 2 years ago. WILL THERE EVER BE A CROSS SAVE? Cause i’m sorry but you’re not taking my money for stuff I already own again, i’ve spent $100s on getting all the DLCs and skins that I like and i’m not about to do it again let alone grind for everything back. I don’t see why cross save isn’t in the works anyway unless you don’t plan on ever doing that which just stinks of wanting to rob and punish us if we switch platforms.

Tbh, I have different stuff on both accounts... My XBOX one is essentially maxed, and has all the items, but some DLC's that my PC one doesn't, and my PC one has the Spirit and Clown DLC... So cross save would be kinda bad for my case, and many others are probably the same as me, unless they also add a way to merge accounts.

I agree. The lack of cross progression is what is stopping me from buying the game on PC right now. Also money, but that's a different story.
I wouldn't mind paying for the base game again, or even the DLC's really, but I don't want to lose my cosmetics nor do I want to lose all the progress I have on my killers/survivors. I made 2 alt accounts on Xbox to play with friends new to the game and starting over SUUUUUUUUCKS. And these are accounts I really don't even care to level up or get BP, but wow the grind is real for new players. Definitely not doing this again for an account I actually do care about.

That may be bad for some people like your case which i can see merging a file helping but thatd be a lot harder to program, but what about people who poured so much money into one platform then they choose to switch and get punished for it? I’m sorry but i’d never spend another dollar on this game if they willingly choose not to add cross save as a way of making more money cause we all know we aren’t paying for less bugs its just pretty skins and battle pass

That would be awesome, if it was cross-save and cross play, i'd hop on my PC and play it because the game looks awful on the Xbox One X compared to my PC

I think it should be a thing tbh, for your case. My case is fine actually, I like to switch between PC and Xbox.

Agreed, I have all the DLC on my PS4 and all teachables unlocked, but on my PC I only have Leatherface and I'm not going to buy the DLC when I already have it on all on PS4. The only time I'll play on PC now is if I want to SWF with someone who plays on PC.

If it runs on the new xbox I pray it uses the same saves,

It would be nice but I doubt it. I'm sure most companies look at it and say "If their data doesn't carry over then they have to buy everything again. More $$$"

Which is exactly why i’m considering leaving the game all together ive spent hundreds and months on this game i’m sure as hell not starting over especially cause of battle pass

I feel the same way about mhw. I got it on xbox. I got some friends who play it on pc but i got like 600 hours into the game. I dont want to start ALL over again.

I know cross play wont be a thing cause pc has a huge advantage
