talking about devs...Again

a big amount of their reasons of not doing things is for being it too "hard" for example in the latest q&a someone asked why hasn't the asylum window been changed which i think is a good question and so did Patrick who was really nice and informative of quite a few issues. But he did say it would take too much time. and he said it would be very tricky. Like man i get it's really hard but doesn't mean everything should be a cakewalk and sometimes you need to take risks and work as hard as possible. So far you've taken quite a few risks like nerfing ruin to the ground that was a huge risk and in the end you guys saw the flaws with gen speeds and you sorted that out great. But i just don't think that saying it's too hard is a very good excuse. Even saying that doing that change will bring up more problems will be better than saying it's too hard. Just wanted to say that i'm not having a go at them or insulting anyone and yet again great job with this patch.

well in studio there is a pipeline they need to go through before changing or doing anything.

honestly i wish they focused on the grind more so new players feel more welcomed into the game

they didn’t really say “it’s too hard” that much but more “it’s on the list.” I swear every question regarding a change or something to be looked at the answer was either “not at the moment” or “it’s on the list.” especially with the answer for the deathslinger changes, the response was basically “we can’t say anything until later” like yeah? paulie’s reaction to that answer was a mood btw.

I'm not bashing on the devs in any way I just wish we would’ve gotten better answers then “it’s on the list” over and over again. but for your question it was more about time, they just didn’t have enough time to fix all the maps because that would take a really long time.
