Fix Quentin's Face
Have they even addressed the complaints about Quentin's face?
Are they going to offer other faces? I like the body. Just not the face.

Dude i havent even seen quintens face yet he literally will never make it to switch. Honestly i really wanted him (does that sound dirty? I feel like it does) but he will never come for us.

My understanding is that image is a fan creation. It isn't a planned update.
I LOVE it though. I wish it would become that.

It's sad that they reworked Bill's face before Quentin's in the 3.7.0 PTB...

Well, they have to wait a bit before being capable of doing such thing to Quentin's face. (I don't know how things work legally so this could be very wrong) Dev's have to get confirmation about being capable of changing Quentin's cosmetics as he is licensed...and right now the Nightmare License is having somethings happen with it so I can see why they are not working on his face
@AhoyWolf mentioned how Bill's face got reworked, however what they did to Bill's face is different than what @gendoss posted as Bill they just reduced how much hair he had on his face, while what that picture shows of Quentin has a full on face change all together. Bill did most likely have a license from Valve confirming that Bill can have something changed with his face however.
Take all that I said with a grain of salt as I am not smart when coming down to licensing
