The Tall Man from Phantasm

I don't know if the series is too old for most horror fans, but The Tall Man was scary as hell when I was growing up as a kid. And they made 5 Phantasm movies. I reckon if he were made into a killer in DBD he'd have to be somewhat ranged due to the flying spheres, but also was freakishly strong. You could even make the killer level that creepy funeral home. Think it's too old a movie series or could be viable? But must include The Tall Man's iconic saying "Booooooyy!!"

Yeah I would love to see The Tall Man get some mainstream recognition in DBD. I really wish more people knew about him.

Loved those movies when I was a kid, probably not mainstream enough unfortunately.

MCote shot down the idea in a podcast last October. The only niche or cult killers they will or have considered adding to the game are Pinhead, Candyman, and Babadook. All of whom were mentioned in the same podcast that the Tall Man was disconfirmed. Though only Pinhead was considered a cult character by MCote.

With that said he'd make for a neat killer.

That's too bad, The Phantasm universe is pretty awesome. They could of done so much with The Tall Man. Ah well, I like Pinhead and Candyman. Thanks for sharing this information.
