Doctor stuck at hook

This is after the latest update 3.7.0

Step 1 : Boot the game

Step 2 : Play as Doctor in a public match

Step 3 : In-game, hook a survivor

Step 4 : Notice the killer gets hooked himself and can't move. Survivor even comes and unhooks but I got stuck

    i got stuck to a gen today pissed me off too i hate getting stuck and survivor knows i'm stuck and start doing the gen i'm stuck on that should be ban for.

    were you dr too? wow you got stuck to the same gen and then they did it while you were on it?? that's evil
