So the Wraith's bone clapper is useless now

The sounds of the cloaking and uncloaking animations are clearly different from each other after this patch so any decent survivor can tell whether he is actually coming out of cloak. Has anybody checked whether he uncloaks slower now? It certainly feels very sluggish atm.

edit: there’s nothing wrong with the add on itself but the fact that the tolls are spaced out takes away any mind games you could do before. Let’s say you pair it with the one that hides your terror radius after uncloaking. With this “bug” now survivors will know you’re uncloaking because the sound is different and just move to a safe area immediately.

I just got out of a game going against a Wraith in Preschool and noticed he was uncloaking super slow. Thought it was just some weird add-on but it could be this.

idk about wraith but hillbilly was changed a lot and feels very sluggish now. So if they did it to one why not others

Last match, my Wailing Bell sounded really weird.

I think i could best describe it as: Multiple Wailing Bells rang in perfect sync.

And of course, there's the bug that he uncloaks a lot slower and cloaks a little bit slower.

As for Bone Clapper doing anything unintended, i don't know.

I can definitely confirm that Wraiths cloak/ uncloak seems very sluggish.

I thought i was going mad because there is nothing in the patch notes about it.

I don't know if the Wraith sound is intentional, but I was doing the archives and I too noticed issues with proximity after this patch.

One against a Legion's terror radius. The heartbeat sounded like he was mid-range, but he was exactly below me at the haddonfield window right to the side of the basement stairs, if you know the spot. I.e. if I vaulted I would have dropped 1m and super mario'd him.

Another against a Freddy. His lullaby sounded like in the distance while I was looping him at a rather unsafe pallet.

After playing against a few wraiths today, I definitely noticed the uncloaking being super slow.

Makes your cloak/uncloak map-wide, meaning if there is a difference between the two states, clock/uncloack, you can now distinguish what the Wraith is doing thus negating any sort of mindgame.

I'm not running off my gen if I hear the "cloak" ring going off because he is most likely not near me yet, as where before I never knew what was happening.

Basically his new bug negates the use of that add-on.

I really hope they hotfix this. I was thinking of taking billy and wraith and giving them another shot now that I'm less of a noob but they broke them the same patch I was planning to try them zzzz.

I heard Huntress is also not being awarded deviousness points for hatchet hits. Haven’t tried it myself yet though.
