Unable to cleanse totem at Hospital map

• Platform: PC
• Description of the issue: Unable to cleanse this specific totem in Doctor's map.
• Steps to reproduce: Just literally can't cleanse it
• How often does this occur: I've seen this happening twice in that same spot but only that exact spot.

It must happen on all platforms and in the same spot on Lery's Institute
