A new hook “tech”
While i was playing a game with hag I ended up slugging two survivors and when i picked one up the other survivor crawled under the hook i was going to put the first one on. After I hooked the first survivor I couldn’t reach the second one because he was slugged under the hooked survivor. Since there was only three survivors left I decided to go chase the third one who was nearby only to find out the guy who I couldn’t pick up had unbreakable and got a free unhook because of this.
Has anyone had this happen to them before?

just bait moving to the left or right you should still be able to pick up the person as they cant hide the whole hitbox/prompt area

The advice is nice and all, but i feel like they shouldn’t be able to do that. You shouldn’t have to mindgame somebody who already in the dying state.

If they do that, just stand at the hook. They have to move eventually, and if they don't, you pick them up when the hooked survivor dies. As a bonus, you won't lose points because the slugged survivor is near the hook

You say you shouldn't have to mind game someone who is in the dying state but crawling to pallets to set up saves is a mind game of it's own.
Not saying the aforementioned hook tech should stay... just saying that there are mindgames while someone is in the dying state, and it applies very heavily for both sides.

Or just double face camp and accept it and have an unbelievable amount of pressure applied to the survivors.

If someone "glitch" like that I would of just stayed there I hate people who tries to exploit glitch like that.

Yeah, I’ll give you the pallet mindgames, but pallet saves are an intended mechanic while this was likely not.

This happens to me quite often.
In this case, you played nice and they got an easy rescue.
The correct play was to stand and wait for the survivor to move so you could grab them or make them move by baiting them.
Since this 'tech" is something you can take advantage of as a killer, it's not really something that is unfair.

He is basically killing his teammates and sabotaging his team. So stay there and punish this.
This is btw. not a new thing, this has been in the game for ages. But still, if a Survivor is doing that - stop that, you are only harming your team.

This has actually been around for a while. The survivor can't conceal themselves entirely, at least not since December, so just move around the hook til it lets you pick them up.
