PS4 Update Issue

Wasn't sure where to post this so just posted it here.
So my PS4 isn't downloading the new update.
Patch Notes 3.7.0 l Mid-chapter Update; Version 1.9.
It keeps saying 'cannot download because there is not enough free space'. I press retry, it starts for a second, but says the same thing. I've restarted and checked the Storage on my PS4 and there's well over enough for it to Download. Unsure why it won't allow it to Download this Update.
Can anything be done?

You’d have to delete a game from your ps4 to download it. Even though it looks like you have enough It won’t be enough storage to download it.
