Best and Worse
For you, what is the BEST and WORSE of both survivor and killer perk?
Monstruous shrine is pretty ######### tho

Monstrous shrine is definitely one of the worst killer perks no doubt. Mindbreaker and Zanshin tactics are both pretty bad as well.
For survivor No Mither is the worst perk no doubt.
Edit: Forgot best perks.
When it comes the to best perks both sides have like 10 or so that are just nice.
For killer one could argue for BBQ, PoP, StBfL, Spirt Fury/Enduring, Nurses, etc.
For Survivor you got DS, Borrowed, Dead Hard, Iron Will, Adrenaline, Spinechill, etc.
It's hard to classify "Best" as it depends a lot on your build, the killer your playing as or against and things like that.

Worst killer perk : kinda a tie between Monstrous Shrine, Furtive Chase, Mindbreaker, Cruel Limits and Zanshin Tactics.
Worst survivor perk : again, a tie between Slippery Meat, Premonition, Up the Ante, Babysitter and Camaraderie.
The best killer perk : depends on the killer. Pop, Infectious Fright and BBQ are usually the contenders here.
The best survivor perk : Decisive Strike.

Adrenaline and bbq are the worst perks. Best perks are facecamp master (killer) and flashlight in your face. (Survivor)

Vigil is pretty horrible too.
