New Killer: The Timetraveler

Hey people of the fog! I thought the whole time about a new killer-power concept and I wanted to share it with you!

The Killer's name is: The Timetraveler

His Ability is called: The Pocket Watch

And that's how it works: Press and hold the ability button (M2 on PC for example) to active his power. The Killer will reset the time on the pocket watch. The longer you hold, the more efficient is the power. After releasing the ability button, the Killer is in a shoot-attack. He can now aim at one survivor. If the survivor get's hit by the attack, his time gets rewind to the point the killer has reset the watch.

For example: You reset the time on the watch to 20 seconds (you don't have to hold 20 seconds the M2 key, it's just a visual effect) the survivor will get throw back 20 meters. If the survivor went from injured to healthy, the survivor may be injured again.

His second ability could be (it is a balance thing) He can do the same thing with his pocket watch. Holding M2 to a specific point but instead of shooting a survivor, he can shoot a window and the survivor has a slower vault animation OR if the survivor is vaulting the window you shot, the survivor get's also rewinded. But the effect on windows lasts for some time.

A perk could be: It calls for you:

after the endgame collapse is active, the survivors interaction speed is decreased by 5/10/15%. So, healing, opening the second exit, unhooking is slowed.

The second perk is: Gen punisher:

After a survivor finished a gen, the next generator within range will be blocked by the entity for 30/45/60 seconds. The number of blocked generators depends on how many survivors have repaired the generator.

So it is a perk what could prevent gen rushing with 2, 3 or 4 surivors on a generator. If u ask, if they go off at 99% it still counts. You can add a timer like 1 Minute, after that the amount of people are resettet.

and for the third perk I ran out of ideas to be honest. Some of you will say I'm a triggered Killer-Main cause of the gen blocking perk. But I'am playing since 2016 and I'm a Rank 1 Surv and Killer Player and I would say I'am a Survivor Main. But it feels like the gens are too fast even as Survivor, we are Gen-Rushing that the game is over in like 6 minutes. I'm sorry for my bad english-skills, I'm still learning it but hopefully you could understand anything.

I think it would be cool, even the mechanic that the surv will be injured again, if the Survivor went to healthy in that moment. The slow vault animation is possible with fast and slow vaults. Any suggestions? Just tell me!

Decent, although the power seems complicated for the devs to actually put in the game. Since it’s a time travelling killer, his power could be to slow down everything for a certain amount of time. So if you press ‘Active ability’ everything (Survivors running speed, Generator speed, healing speed, searching chests etc) would be slowed down by 50% or so for 1 minute.

    Now the Perks.

They both seem balanced but I would tweak Gen Punisher again, because after all it’s a Survivors job to do the gens. So I would reduce the amount of time to 30/40/50 seconds.

These are just my opinions tho. You don’t have to go through with them if u don’t want to.

Thanks for reading. And you're right with the time of the blocking state! I'm glad you like it.
