Best way to rework ds
Making it so when it activates escape from killer graps and stun to be the same as when survivors wiggles out then give the survivor immunity to first hit received for 30 seconds after ds was used.I feel like then it will be a balanced true anti tunneling perk and wont encourage slugging as much anymore.

Don't get me wrong,
but there are lots of other important topics to take care of, before anyone should even think about touching DS again.

It's fine the way it is.

such as?ds is one of the most talked perks

maybe if you make the skill check like docs overcharge skill check so its not just a free get out of jail card.
2 -
so you wanna buff this annoying perk even more?!

The guy who made this discussion is the same guy who thinks moris should only work if you hook someone twice. -_-"

what's so unreasonable about that?you think mori the way they are now are ok?

I've heard that a few times without paying attention to it why would anyone bother with the mori if they're dead on the next hook anyways.

Moris are over powered. They should have never made it into the game. Yes, the animation is cool but it completely ruins the game for Survivors, just like how keys ruin it for Killers.
Both need to be nerfed.
As far as Moris working after 2nd hook, it will counter DS since you won’t have to pick them up and walk them to a hook anymore.

updated in case of misunderstanding

How are moris broken? Would you rather just die the same way every game by getting hooked? If the killer has a mori, play it stealthy. If killer comes to your gen, don't run obnoxiously and leave scratch marks. Crouch or walk away and hide.
Someone getting moried is the equivalent of someone dying, they don't ruin games. If you want to complain about moris, then complain about devour hope. If you get really dumb survivors that do no generators you can easily wipe out a team by mori-ing them.

- A Mori can completely take a Survivor out of the game after 1 hook, ruining the match for that one player along with making it much more difficult for the rest of their team since they're going to be down a person for the rest of the match. Normally, a Survivor is supposed to die on third hook, most Killers who bring in a Mori just tunnel off the first hook to make the game easier for themselves. Game is designed for 3 hooks = death, not one hook and you're dead. It also prevents the teammates from attempting to save the person about to get Killed, rendering flashlights and toolboxes useless.
- Devour Hope isn't the same as Moris. Devour has a counter that can completely remove it from the match, Moris do not, and the Killer has to hook multiple people for it to work.
Moris do ruin games. If you were honest, you would admit that their sole purpose is to make it easier for the Killer and more difficult for the Survivors. Its why I now run Plunderers these days. Most Mori users just proxy camp and tunnel while there are still 4-5 gens because they're lazy or bad, with Plunderers, I have a good chance to find a Key or Map and just avoid the Killer for the whole match.
You say that the Survivors can just play more stealthily, but I would bet if you faced that, and couldn't find anyone for 30 minutes, you'd lose you're sh*t. The game would get boring fast because there would be no interaction between the two sides. Heck, if I wanted to hide, I can just go sit in the basement, which is the last place most Killers would check.
