if I mori a survivor would I still get the same amount of points as if I hooked them 3 times ?

  No. A mori gives you 1000 points, hooking a survivor gives you 500 plus 200 for each hook state. So if you mori a survivor after the first hook you get 400 bloodpoints less than what you would get if you hooked them 3 times.
