The dreaded loss of progress

Woke up this morning, jumped in game and played one match then suddenly this happened out of nowhere. I'd like to send out an R.I.P to every DLC in the game and all of my p3's and p2 survivors and killers. R.I.P my luna and bbq event items, R.I.P to all of my store bought items. Now I will mention I've just contacted support and submitted a ticket as instructed to in game so that is locked in and ready for somebody to take action. The reason I am posting here is because I know some of you have been through this and most certainly some of you know exactly what I am about to go through, how long it will take, what will I get back what I will not get back etc.

So I ask the community, devs, mods and players alike if you have any information you'd like to share from personal experience or just being in the know I'd love to get the heads up. Thanks in advance guys!

    The server is currently experiencing issues. I had the same error, but did not lose any progress. Wait for a while.

    Get this error all the time now when the servers are dodgy. Never lose any progress though.

    If you do actually lose progress (you probably won't, servers are just having issues), have no fear. We'll take care of you in no time.

    Just make sure to provide all the info needed. Each time they gotta' contact you for more info is going to make it take longer. But it should be pretty quick these days.

    If you lost progress at least you can get compensated, if not have it fully restored.

    ...I however have been dealing with loss of progress from session to session, so that I lost the progress I had made, I've lost a ton of BPs that way, and unfortunately I were in contact with support about it, gave the info I could give, but sadly I never heard back from them, and I never received any kind of compensation for my losses. Currently I'm not experiencing the problem, but it surfaces from time to time, so I may or may not be free of the problem. I don't know why I could not get compensated, but I'm guessing it has something to do with it not being full loss of progress. Still would be nice with compensation, as it's in the millions I've lost.

    I have had my progress reset berfore.....it is painful. I also had a scare like this ealier today thank god it was just a fals alarm because i accidently closed the game while it was auto saving.
