Killer Concept: The Infiltrator
I had this idea for a shapeshifting Killer in Dead by Daylight, I’m still figuring out the lore behind them but I feel like I have their power and perks down.
The Infiltrator

Height: Average
Speed: 4.6 m/s
Weapon: Scalpel
Power:Skinwalk
After injuring a Survivor, you can change into their form
It takes 3 seconds to transform into a Survivor
The Infiltrator can only transform into a Survivor when out of sight of Survivors. If a Survivor sees the transforming Infiltrator, the transformation is cancelled.
When the Infiltrator transforms, they leave behind a skin sack.
While Disguised the Infiltrator has no Terror Radius or Red Stain. Perks like Premonition or Spine Chill will not trigger while Disguised.
While Disguised the Infiltrator cannot pull down pallets, repair generators, enter lockers, sabotage Hooks or heal Survivors.
While Disguised the Infiltrator can sneak up on Survivors and use a Garrot Wire to attack them. If the Survivor passes a Skill Check, they will escape the Infiltrator, Reveal and stun them for 5 seconds. If the Survivor does not pass the Skill Check, they will be put in a Dying State.
Survivors can Reveal the Infiltrator by picking up the Skin Sack they leave behind and showing it to other Survivors. The Skin Sack will cause the Disguised Infiltrator to reveal themself.
Survivors can use a Flashlight to burn away the Infiltrator’s Disguise.
If the Infiltrator removes their Disguise or is Revealed, they can get another by injuring another Survivor but they can only keep the Disguise of the last Survivor they’ve injured.

Animal Skinning Guide (Ultra Rare): When Transforming, you no longer leave behind a Skin Sack
Perks:
The Infiltrator’s Perks are built around turning the Survivor’s objectives and aides against them.
Rigged Machine: Trap 1/2/3 Generators at a time. When the Trapped Generator is completed, it will explode and injure all Survivors working on it. Trapped Generators will have a glowing red light on it. Rigged Machine has a 30 second cooldown after a Trapped Generator goes off before you can Trap another Generator
EDIT: Survivors with Saboteur or a Toolbox and disable the trap inside Trapped Generators. Disabling the Trapped Generators will not alert the Killer.
You Leave When I Say: Rig the Exit Gate Switches. When the progress on the Switch reaches 90%/50%/25% it will backfire and lose all progress and give an audio notification. Rigging the Exit Gate Switches must be done before the Generators are completed, and they can only be rigged once per Trial.
(Hex?)Hidden Terror: Survivors who are Repairing, Healing or Sabotaging will hear your Terror Radius at a reduced range of 20/15/5 meters. Perks like Spine Chill and Premonition still work.

Love some of your ideas, its really complicated to imaginate, but te concept is really cool
