Doctor Shock Therapy Audio/Animation bug

Sometimes while using doctor, I don't get an audio queue/scream animation for shocking survivors (with shock therapy), they still get madness inflicted, just no audio nor scream animation. This issue seems to be random some matches I experience it, some I don't, and I may have it in a match for one survivor but not another.

Can you check to see if in the tally screen these Survivors are using Calm Spirit? Calm Spirit prevents Survivors from screaming when the Doctor shocks them.

    You should check if they have Calm Spirit, cause the perk doesn't make the survivor scream, but you're still getting the points
