Survivor and killer question

so, long story short... I have a friend who sometimes plays killer who lives in a different country and I would love to play against them in a real match at least once (not custom because we'd both want something from it ) and we play survivor together all the time... I wasn't sure if it's possible if I timed it right, if I could get into their lobby? And yes, they already know about wanting to be in their match and we wouldn't play to help each other ect, we're not like that because we don't see the point of any game having any help advantages...


But I wasn't sure if that's possible because I'm from the states

    It's extremely unlikely to have you both connect to the same servers if you don't live in the same region, outside of grouping up.
