Ps4 -Flashlight does not blind killer or drop survivor

Every time I have blinded the killer it comes up killer blind I get the points but they do not drop the survivor and it also seems like they are not blinded at all. I have noticed it with leather face and the hag mainly. I am not sure if it's a glitch on the specific killer.

You need to time it correctly. I just blinded a freddy and saved a survivor with ny flashlight

I am blinding at the right time though I get the points for blinding. I've done it as they pick the survivor up, when their walking with the survivor. They don't even get stunned for the few seconds. It worked for the trapper and freddy perfectly fine. Will take note of what killers it is happening with.
