Does Leatherface's Chainsaw consume tokens?

With which killer and how do i get the best out of this perk?

    Yes, Bubba's chainsaw consumes tokens. Its actually a VERY good perk on him though since your typically using 1 token per down as opposed to other killers which have to hit a survivor twice. Just make sure to not waste tokens by using the saw to break pallets. Everytime you use the saw, whether you hit a survivor or not, you'll use up a token. The perk is good on any one hit killers for the same reason, and also works great on Plague since her green puke doesnt use up tokens (red puke does though).

    Yes using your chainsaw to down a survivor consumes a token

    I think wraith is a good killer to gain tokens fast, bc he can cloak/uncloak to start/end chases with the obsession quick. walking around cloaked with 3 stacks is about the same speed as the green windstorm addon (green windstorm = 0.16 and 3 stacks = 0.15).

    Only real downside there is hes still using up 2 stacks to down someone, and you have a cooldown on how fast you can gain PWYF tokens. If that cooldown wasnt there, it would be AMAZING on him, but since it does... his advantage of being able to lose chase quickly is kinda ruined.

    I think the best killers to get the most out of this perk is myers (depends on add-ons), plague, and bubba. Especially 3 stacks of play with food on bubba adds immense pressure during chase, forcing survivors to drop pallets early and create a lot of dead zones. Don't break the pallet with chainsaw since it consumes a token. For myers, it's very good if you use either mirror or tombstone piece add-on. For plague, her power doesn't consume token so it is also good on her.
