Speculation about Candyman's power
After watching the trylogy I can say Candyman's power is gonna be teleport from already stablished mirrors and invisibility, so kinda Wraith+Demogorgon, probably also low terror radius or no radius with addons
The Mori is obviously hook attack from behind+bees
Some extra feature would be the ability to hide inside lockers, since he is a regular but tall non-humanoid

Hopefully, not for the stealth part. It's not easy to integrate stealth in this game in a healthy way.

Personally id like a more unique power, so for example he`s able to summon a bee swarm at a generator that turns into a human silhouette and kicks that gen which can start the regression and apply his perks that affect gens (overcharge, pop etc.) the power would have a cooldown but thatd be far more interesting as it involves the bee`s, allows for a useful power which might force other perks to be more useful on him while not repeating freddys power of teleporting there himself and kicking it etc. this power alone would also make him a strong killer

Not only teleportation, but I was thinking maybe the mirrors could be a bit similar to corrupt intervention as well.
Only in this case, instead of the entity blocking the generators, it's full of mirrors covering them and the only way to get rid of them is if the survivors perform a skill check meanwhile have a lullaby sound with a group of girls/guys chanting "Candyman." It would be epic if you can hear the survivors saying it, but I don't think they got the voice actors to do the dialogue for it.

I think he's going to have something like the Doc's shock that affects his entire terror radius, but with bees. Other than that, I'm not sure.

That first time he says "Helen" is amazing. IIRC, that's the first line he has in the movie.
