PS4 - Iron Will 3 Not Reducing Grunts of Pain

I was playing as Kate while using Barrowed Time 3, Decisive Strike 3, Resilience 3 and Iron Will 3, and I was going against The Spirit who I remember having Sloppy Butcher. Usually my Perk combo doesn't cause Iron Will to not work, but when I was attacked by The Spirit during her Post-Phase Window, Iron Will activated (Via the Perk lighting up) but didn't actually reduce my Grunts if Pain.

Many Spirit players run Stridor 3; if this was the case (which I assume it was), Stridor 3 overpowers Iron Will 3. Stupid, but is what it is.

GoshJosh beat me to it. If they have Stridor then you grunt normally.
