Ability to Drop Items While Downed

If you were downed with a flashlight, you could give it to your teammate in a rough situation so they could maybe get a flashlight save. Or a medkit so they could heal you faster (even a not-so-insta heal maybe). Just an idea.

You can't interact with (almost) nothing when in dying state because, well the whole dying thing you know. It wouldn't make sense with the other things you can't do when downed.

Exactly. When you're in the dying state all you can do is crawl, which bascially is using your hands and legs (to crawl).

Of course, you can not pass on items to other survivors, which would also involve using your hands. This is completely logical, and therefore justified from a "logical" perspective, because it "makes sense".

    kek.

It's not giving item, just dropping them on the floor (literally just stop gripping an item). We can already do that while healthy/injured, but I can't remember if we can do it while dying.

This thing will never be implemented, if me trying to come up with a explanation is stupid for you than have the cruel truth: Never going to happen.

It could be interested as a team play, and also perhaps an opportunity for the killer to see if someone's wasting time, waiting for the pick up. Not sure if everyone would like or benefit from it.

However, could be a possible learn at level 30 perk for a future survivor, just to add an element of tactics. I could see it as that, but maybe not as a basic play.

you are in the floor, dying, suffering from pain, ,screaming in agony, your muscles are rigid, your heart is pulsing like crazy because you just got hit by the evil incarnate, the blood is flowing out of your body, you are about to be hanged on a hook and all you can think of is holding tight to a stupid flashlight. instead of being able to drop items, survivors should always drop the item when downed.

This would cause another key bind needing to be added to the game. It's crazy to suggest such a thing. Game will always be M1, M2, and space bar!

That also makes sense, sorry OP, your suggestion was discarded
