Error message and DC

I received an error message after being unhooked during a suvor game against freddy, after this message i was disconnected and suffered a dc penalty

updating because I got the error message again, this time before the game started, i managed to get a screen shot of it. I have since the previous error uninstalled and re-installed my game.
