HELP I'm stuck in the Game :/ I don't want to dc
Look at the Clip

EGC should autokill anyone who isn't caught by the animation and force the match to end.
Edit: to clarify, I'm making a suggestion

Watch the clip till the end. Nothing happend :(

I edited it right after to say that I think it should be like that. It doesn't actually do that as it is, sadly.
1 -
Go make yourself a sandwich until the survivor DCs.
2 -
I don't think she is there. Looks like the game thinks, that she is still there.
0 -
I think she is and wants you to DC.
3 -
I am almost willing to guarantee it.
1 -
Yes -.- Added her and she dont want to dc. Well I guess I will watch a Movie in the meantime xD

I recommend the Candyman trilogy. ;)
2 -
Just a race to see whose internet hiccups first at this point.

nope doesnt work. I had this bug happend to me while duo swf and I disconnected (my cam was stuck at the killer while my body was on the hook). I dc'd (before endgame was done), went back into the lobby but there was nothing else than to dc for the killer.

Lmao. If this ever happens to me, I'll probs be the one to DC. I'd rather play and/or not burn out my graphics card. I'm pretty sure leaving things like that open and unmoving for long periods of time isn't good for your PC.

How funny! This happened to me yesterday! I could attempt to get off the hook and when it ca,me time to struggle it struggled for me. The button option didn't come up for me. I wondered what would happen endgame. But it ended normally. Sorry you are stuck in this situation.

Patience might not be an issue... you lose all progress when you dC. For instance if you were working on a challenge like stun killer twice in one match..if you DC you would lose that progress if you had earned it. I would wait forever if it was something like that...

DC penalty was a great addition
0 -
Tell me how it endet! Dont let her win. :D
2 -
DC and make a sandwich during the 5 minutes.
0 -
I will :D Still in the game btw
0 -
after an hour you're still in that game?seems like a bug you cant fix unless killer dcs
0 -
She disconnected xD
No, she was just stubborn
1 -
Gg. Did she said anything after she DCt?
1 -
You’re gonna have to DC. Same thing happened to me
0 -
Why was she stubborn? The glitch was neither of your faults. She deserved her BPs as much as you...
1 -
IMO, the person who is bugged in a way that prevents the game from ending is the one who should disconnect.
1 -
I disagree. Glitches are the games fault. No one deserves the BP more than anyone else. Killer just as stubborn...
2 -
It's not about the BP. The survivor is holding the killer hostage, not the other way around. It's not the survivor's fault, but sometimes ######### happens.
0 -
That's dumb, that person is no more at fault for the bug than anyone else in the game.
As for OP, In that hour+ you wasted you could have played several matches. You were both stubborn, you both lost here..
4 -
Again, it's not about who's to blame for the bug. Bugs are no one's fault. However, only one person is holding the game hostage, and it's the person who's bugged.
0 -
Also she said, she won't dc bc I dont deserved it. So, I watched the Livestream and Youtube in the meantime :D
1 -
Well that was the pettiest thing I've seen in DbD so far. You have to ask yourself, was it really worth it? Some people go to such dumb lengths to win one over on people in this game I swear.
3 -
Tbh I wasn't even paying attention. I almost forgot it. After the Live Stream I looked in the game and I was in the tally screen.
0 -
Killer was also holding game hostage. They both had the oppurtunity to DC.
3 -
One person is bugged in such a way that the game will not end. The other is not. Don't be biased.
1 -
And yet all are capable to DC...but some are stubborn and some jyst get to chill...who is biased?
3 -
All are capable of DCing, but only one is holding the game hostage. By that logic, if the killer can't move after finding a survivor in a dead end, the survivor is to blame for holding the game hostage as much as the killer is. That's not how it works.
0 -
Still either can DC. No game is held hostage that everyone isnt agreeing to. If soneone is required to DC than anyone can take a hand in ending the game.
1 -
"Look, I know I got us both into this situation unintentionally, but you're just as much to blame for not shooting yourself in the foot as I am!"
OK then.
0 -
Nobody got them into the situation. The game put them in that situation. Why should EITHER of them suffer a DC penalty for quitting after that?
3 -
The survivor is the one who's bugged, therefore the survivor is the one who should DC. It's called "sportsmanship". It's not the survivor's fault, but they are holding the game hostage.
0 -
Sportsmanship to wait over an hour for someone to hit a button you also have but refuse to touch. What a good sport!
1 -
So sportsmanship should be punished, then?
3 -
No, but that's something for the developers to work on. [shrug]
Sportsmanship to quit when you're the one holding the game hostage instead of waiting for the other guy to do it. If you're just going to repeat the same thing over and over again, you might as well just re-read my comments.

The killer walked away fron the game for over an hour. But the survivour held the game hostage? The survivour alone is a poor sport..? It's just silly to me...
I wont reply anymore. You believe what you want and I'll believe what I want. All we do is keep to our sides anyway...
1 -
She said she plays nintendo switch while waiting for me to dc :D So why should I?
