Is VPNing bannable?

What about using stretched resolution?

How would they be able to detect either if one of these things can get you banned?

    VPN'ing isn't bannable, since some people are forced to. Stretched Resolution also isn't, because like you said, it's unlikely they can detect, plus some people have naturally stretched monitors.
