Is this a reportable offense?

So this guy on the facebook Dead by Daylight Community page came on and started ranting about how his OG account was finally perma banned, so he created a new one and was already to rank 7 or 4 or something like that.

I suggested maybe if he stopped doing bannable things he wouldnt need to create a new account... after which he really went after me.

Like, he asked if I had any children so he could ######### them to death. After which he went to my personal FB account and posted a couple really vile things as a reply to a couple of my posts - I'm surprised, I have it set to friends only, so I'm not sure how he managed to that.

Anyway, This wasn't in game, this was on the facebook DBD forum. I took screen shots, though I don't know if it would amount to anything. I just wondered if something like that could be an actionable offense or not?

I did. I think maybe his account was banned. It seemed to disappear really fast. My question is can that kind of behavior get him banned here too?

For such a vile person, I'm not surprised they got banned. If you just send a ticket to the DBD Support team with their account name or whatnot he can be banned for both toxicity to players and avoiding bans. Hope the info helps!

Only if it’s in game and you have to report it at the endgame screen if it’s message via psn or xbone you report to them

Anything outside of the game (on Steam, console messages, social media and anything else that might exist) is up to the platform it happens on. But I'd imagine that sort of madness would be bannable on any remotely mainstream platform, yes.

They wouldn't get banned from DBD itself for being such a vile person on some website, but if it takes that little for them to go to such lengths on Facebook I can only imagine how they behave in-game when things don't go their way.

Yeah, like other people said: As much as that sucks, it's really not in BHVR's power to do anything about that. That sounds like a situation that should be escalated to a higher authority than BHVR...
