so yeah if you ever want easy games or need to escape do this, never lost a game and never came close to losing a game. you dont need to be perfect either alot of members in the swf wasnt good at chases but none the less we was optimal on gens and saves and no game was a challenge. i personally wont do it again, very boring and broken tbh... im curious if any full swf teams out there can answer why they group up and run such perks? like i get that you win but what makes it so fun for you guys personally?

So you feel like you need the perks? also what platform and rank may i ask? my queues wasnt too long considering.

im a rank 1 survivor and killer on ps4. Killer queue are instant while survivor are 5-10 minutes. I usually only play solos and I dont like using DS since killers expect us to have it at high ranks. Main build is: kindred(must have for solo), iron will, dead hard(for extra loops), and spine chill( good for stealth killers, and can work as sprint burst since youd get some distance before the killer arrives)

I play either 2 man SWF, Solo or Killer. And why I prefer SWF over Solo? Because Solo Survivor play sucks. Easy as that.

Both sides use what they want which is allowed or given by the game.

Its like asking killers not to use NOED, slug, tunnel or camp Etc.

The issue stems more from each side reacting to things from previous matches. Some feel they need DS or BT much like some killer feel they need to play a set way. Its not about what match you are in but the potential of how it can go.

Hmm interesting, im on xbox and i wouldnt say i wait longer than 5mins (the queues dont surprise me though, more people prefer survivor as its more chill) i cant say iv ever used kindred, i normally do solo but i use prove thyself and we`re gonna love forever, both help get BP quickly then ill use DS encase i get farmed etc. and spinechill (amazing perk). i do find it interesting how solo`s dont tend to run as many second chance perks, do you notice that on ps4?

As someone who does play in a swf I can explain why:

    • I love to talk especially when I'm waiting 5-10 mins for a game
    • Solo is too unreliable
    • I know my teammates don't run self care and urban
    • Can run meme builds
    • All have a lot of experience

If I could chat in solo que or they were more reliable then I'd probably play solo more.

i understand that, i just feel a meta swf is stronger than most things. i suppose thats why i tested it out all today, but when a bunch of people say run DS,BT,DH and a few unbreakables i feel its a little over kill. like sure it gets the job done but id say thats equal to iri huntress with an ebony mori. by no means am i trying to argue with anyone but the games kinda ended up being a joke, the killers where good too but it felt lack luster, im just more curious as to why swf and meta perks are so joined? if that makes sense, like i see more second chance perks in swf than in solo even though youd think solo would be harder and require it

Hmm interesting, so you feel like when playing with randoms they cant hold their own? im sure most of us know the ranking is messed up atm as you do get players that cant loop etc. at rank 2, so would you always try get experienced players or do you just rather the ability to talk to people? (btw i appreciate the meme builds, i hardly ever see anyone run them as survivor or killer)

I see them a lot but I find that they usually end up as a waste of slot since most of them are situational and youd prolly get to really use them once in 3 matches. BT is worthless if the killer doesnt camp, DS if the killer doesnt tunnel, unbreakable also useless if the killer doesnt slug. I prefer perks that are effective in every match, and kindred is crucial if you play solos. Kindred lets you know if someone is going for the save(so that you wont have to get off your gen), you go for the save if everyone else isnt going to, lets you see a camping killer and allows to make the right plays based on the killer and teammates’ movements. Its my second favorite perk after iron will.

Just because they are SWF and use these perks it doesnt mean you cant beat them.

They still have to be good.

SWF is useless if you arent good and cant coordinate.

Unfortunately even when you get a full red rank team they still could be terrible. Had a red rank claudette the other day who had left behind, urban and self care. She escaped through the hatch and still had the lowest points lol

I personally like to talk but I won't just add someone just to talk. If they were good in a game then I probably will text them after the game and then I'll maybe add them. You can generally tell an experienced player from a newer one.

Have you ever seen what Marth's depip squad did to killers?

    Now that was something.

I just dont like them. Even if the first person sucks, the other one is usually a tryhard red rank blendette who is boosting and/or chilling with the low rank killers. I don't like swfs as a survivor aswell if all they do is chase the killer. Sometimes they dont even rescue you at all which is pretty disheartening, being the outcast.

I only play survivor sfw I almost always escape during all ranks. None of us are mistake free all ranks

Recently to see how much I could force them to carry me. We did a no perk run when we hit purple and then I didn't do any gens... I died twice in nearly 50 games over a whole week.

If you are willing to sacrifice a single teammate we can guarantee a 3E every game.

Basic teamwork its really not hard

"I'm almost done my gen make sure your near a gate" saved you 15 seconds traviling to gate or guarantees safe open

"Its X killer prepare X way to counter"

    "Totem done, 2 left"

"Killer is here setting up these traps in this direction"

"Ignore these gens to ensure we have a really spread out last 3"

Just spreading out SWF gives us all aura reading perks and more full information to better time rescue and totem and saves and item use... things that are impossible to know I completely understand why we wreck most killers no killer is strong enough to stand up to swf

Why ? We don't play games to loose... the BP for grind is insane so why would we give up willingly ? We get its not fair killers are so weak.

You'll find my posts and comments are all in favor of killer buffs because currently that role is deeply unfun

I guess you missed the most important lesson from the depip squad. Survivors that stay spread out and do gens can destroy most killer setups.

And I haven't seen any evidence that suggests otherwise (at least yet).

Oh trust me i know that feeling, it does still surprise me that ranks 1-4 have more range in skill that 5-20. i have had alot of solo games where i have more points than my entire team, but i think most people understand that the ranking is a mess but the that worries me because it seems like the game balance is resting on those bad players being in the game. but i do understand what youre saying, i prefer solo or duo with my brother and thats it today was just a test of how meta swf is. and from someone who never played as a full team or with meta perks i was honestly kinda shocked how easy it was even if the killers werent bad. i just dont want the game to die out yano? i want it fun for everyone

Ino what you mean mate. Unless the killer is good or has a mori we pretty much escape every game. I personally think the game needs more early game perks to help the killer.

The game won't die out. The game needs to advertise itself more to bring in new players. That's the good thing with creating licensed chapters.

However, when they can do all of the above, no killer at any skill can defeat the most optimal SWF teams. That’s the problem.

I wouldn't mind 2 man SWF groups, but 4 with communications is hard to play against. Most of the time I give the 4th person hatch/exit, but I'm doing that less and less as I'm playing against more teams and/or players that are toxic... clicking their flashlight and/or tea bagging at each window/pallet. I avoid DS plays as I always go for the person unhooking if I'm nearby. Also, I wish the ranking would get fix. I bounce back and forth between rank 1 and 2, but it would be nice not to lose a rank after getting 10 - 15 +1 or +2 games in a row.

Like as a gamer I place Dimond ranks in most games if not above so when I say that killer is stressful and unbalanced people here come at me with git good.

I don't need to git good... i need the game to be halfway fair. I can outplay ash and she's missing the top of her hitbox but there's nothing I can do against a squad of guys who can run around a car or Haybale repeatedly ?

The whens the last killer perk that cameout that doesn't have a simple gameplay counter ?

The strongest most complained about perk is noed. The perk that only works when everyone's halfway out the door and it not even guaranteed to activate

    Oni-demo-huntress2.0

weak. Check the forums huntres irr hatchets and doctor is all that really murk people often enough to complain. Maybe freddy... if the 4th anniversary doesn't put a broken af killer out to bring the killerbase back...

well let's just say my entire freindslist is done waiting in a 20minute surivor que.

While the instant plz why won't someone play this role killer que is a stressful nightmare that instead of getting hatemail should receive thank you letters for putting up with the bs

I agree that it is incrediby hard to beat some SWF and REALLY good and super coordinatet SWF may be almost impossible, its still doable.
