Is it bug or not? Nurse get blinded by flash light while performing blink and cannot blink anymore

One of the streamer found out that nurse cannot blink while they are blinded. And he also found out that nurse got blinded by flash light easily. It doesn't matter where it aims. When the streamer aimed at the body, it blinded the nurse and nurse couldn't blink anymore. Is it bug or intended?

    She's easily blinded. The same way when you hit wraith with flashlight he will go through a stun animation and uncloak. Lightborn is a counter which increases the resistance to flashlights

    Thats a feature for ages now.

    Other killers who interact with the Spirit World share that flashlight weakness :

    Hag's traps can get destroyed with a flashlight
    Spirit gets stopped if she gets blinded while she phase walks

    Spirit World. Survivors cannot interact with it but flashlights burn a hole in that reality
