What is the punishment for this?
What would happen if a killer would go up to survivor grab him by the hair and just took his head clean off, instead of chasing the and hitting them twice? (I'm not talking about myers here)

The Entity feeds off false hope. Survivors need to think they have a chance at survival, only to be killed in the end. Being able to kill a survivor directly is like a dog treat that the Entity occasionally gives to the killer as a reward.
Myers, however, doesn't care and just does what he wants, often to the Entity's displeasure.

Myers really do be like that tho

Even The Entity can’t stop Myers, I guess he’s just to awesome to be stopped. Also lol thinking about him trolling The Entity

Myers is a big troll. I like to dig in lore of DbD and he literally don't have one. How he ended up in Entity's world? What about Steve and Nancy, who both know about Halloween franchise?
Well, maybe iam asking too much for guest character.

It's implied that the entity pretty much reabsorbs the killers into the fog when the end game collapses happens. We know that the scratches on Billy's chainsaw is a signature of past punishment from the entity. I think.
Might got that wrong.
So I imagine the entity effectively traps them into a basement with loads of its legs slashing, digging, bending and generally peircing their body without the hope of death to ever take them. But...who knows.
It has certain telepathic abilities since it can extract maps from killers and survivors minds. So it's possible that when they do good they basically end up in a personal paradise-whatever blood thirsty lunatics consider paradise when they aren't killing/torturing- and on the opposite spectrum a literal personal hell.

ENTITY DISPLEASED

Trapper's back provides a pretty good clue.
I do wish we had more elaboration on Killers resisting their roles, but unless you're Myers (in which case you'll get a very stern talking to) it probably involves a lot of stabbing.

Wait he can?! I know spirit is the same way but I never read any lore on that!

I think it's implied that the Spirit is somewhat overwhelmed by rage and temporarily loses her connection to the Entity. Similar mechanism to how the Huntress does when she's so focused on the hunt (Beast of Prey description), although Rancor has a much more powerful consequence.
On the other hand, Myers IS the evil incarnate. He simply does as he pleases and the Entity just can't stop him, but it can still feed off his work, even if it doesn't meet the usual standard. He's the real OG that not even an almost godlike being as the Entity can control.

Pain. Trapper is the best example of this. Those metal rods aren't for show, lore-wise. The Entity forces them into it, they're deceived into it, like Spirit and Wraith who see only who ruined their life, or they want to go into it willingly, like Ghostface who's just a sadist. Because killers across the board get displeased I'm sure they all know what happens when they don't do what the entity wants.

Well if we count perks, Hag can do it too. But any killer can use Devour or Rancor, and those perks are tied to the hope the Entity feeds on. Myers, however, is the only killer who is able to Mori survivors with his add-ons, which also allow him to Mori healthy/injured survivors rather than downed survivors.
