I am problems with open the game 5 weeks can't go on anyway last Wednesday I did tried opened the game this happened and long time the game doing this .
I kept trying to open the game.

Have you tried to let Steam search for wrong files?
And you should use the template for bug reports.
It seems like your pc / laptop isnt good enough to handle the game, because the video is lagging as well.
