Muddied Waters
Leaks By Daylight claim that Scott has told them that the new killer is pinhead.
Problem is that this makes no sense, here's why.
1 Scott is well trusted by the Devs and other higher ups working on DbD.
2 Scott wouldn't want to get himself or his sources in trouble so he's probably just trolling LbD feeding false information to them to damage control for letting it slip Candyman is not our killer.
Let's move on to our process of elimination for who or what the new killer is.
Candyman confirmed to be out of the race.
Jason Voorhees is currently undergoing legal issues with the boardgame having an exclusivity deal.
Pinhead is much more of a cult classic and doesn't do much to change the face of horror.
Pennywise in his own right is as powerful if not more so than The Entity and would be the most unrealistic killer to add plus Stephen King is not fond of letting others use his property.
Alien (xenomorph) makes the most sense here, devs could be throwing us off but they know that the Alien hits all the marks within their criteria.
Alien unbeknownst to most is less sci-fi and much more a representative of cosmic horror and was the one to put cosmic horror definitively on the map.
Alien is a very classic license and has a very emotional fanbase with high expectations.
All we know about lead protagonist and Nostromo survivor Ellen Ripley is her achievements against the Aliens and not so much of her past which makes her mysterious.
Quite a few YouTubers who play DbD have been speculating that the Xenomorph is coming to DbD and some of them are big names too.
Game devs typically don't really tease something people know very well, but they typically don't outright lie to the consumers either and with most of the DbD fanbase against Alien it'd be the perfect time to add the xenomorph in as only a very small minority would see it coming.
Making the xenomorph work wouldn't be too hard either with the skeleton of the Demogorgon being very similar it would be easy enough to modify to make the Alien in game.
Alien also hasn't gotten much representation in a while and it's inclusion in DbD would make for a nice start for a comeback.
Black goo, humanlike skull, 4 mainline entries (prequels excluded) these things are all tied to the Alien but who knows, maybe we'll get it maybe not.
Either way there is plenty of evidence to suggest that the Xenomorph is coming to the game and will be revealed on Tuesday.
Anyone with anymore information and evidence please post it here and keep everything chill, I really don't want to deal with toxic people today.

yea i also feel like alien is the most likely candidate for this chapter it is such a well known franchise and extremely iconic. There is also a a lot they can do with the alien so the power can be a variety of things so it diffidently wont be bland. A passive power i think would be amazing on him would be the ability to climb/jump up to a higher floor/window/ledge, it would be pretty useful on most maps and you constantly see the alien climbing in the movies.
As for IT VS The Entity, the entity can travel through dimensions which means other universes so even tho IT has existed since the creation of IT's universe the entity can still be older and more powerful. The entity also can warp the world much more severally than IT, has power over life and death, and can create and bestow powers that break the laws of physics meaning it can create concepts and use them. in terms of getting power and "eating" it has a never ending practically infinite supply of emotions to consume from the trials it creates. meanwhile IT can only consume fear and can't do nearly half of what the entity can. Lastly there is also the fact that the entity can be even more powerful than what i have listed since there is still things we don't know about it.
