Uncleansable totem on Lery's

Found today this totem that could not be cleansed. The room was one of those directly communicating with the Treatment Room.

Found a post about it from the 29th of April, so how knows when it'll get fixed. Could be tomorrow, could be in a few weeks when the next killer goes live.
