Why it Will NOT be Pinhead
Many people think that the next killer is pinhead, mainly because of Cote's tweet last night. I however think that because of that tweet, pinhead is completely ruled out
Think of it like this, in the past year and a half (or more but Ive only been playing that long) killer identities have consistently been leaked early. This time though, there has been zero definitive leaks. Whether its because they are all at home or because they figured out who was leaking, is irrelevant. There were zero leaks.
Why, would Cote intentionally spill the beans with basically an x marks the spot tweet, removing all hype and anticipation, the night before the big reveal?
You can argue that the tweet wasn't that easy to figure out, but i disagree. Look at the easter eggs and location of the golden toolbox in demogorgons map. They made it incredibly difficult to find knowing that the community is smart and prone to put clues together.
Say what you will about Cote as a developer but I honestly beleive he sent that tweet just to mess with us.

Reverse psychology, huh? What if it will be Pinhead, because they dropped such an obvious clue and everyone ruled him out, cause it will be too easy?

Though he signed up in YouTube on May 11th 2020, we should take that into consideration as well.

If that rules out pinhead, then the "bee 🍭" rules out candyman. As that is also, painfully obvious.
I think its barney. Maybe chucky. Finster, not the doll. All the clues are red herrings.

I absolutely agree. I think candyman will come closer to the movie release.

Yeah I dont exactly have a problem with candyman, but all this hype when the movies not even out yet seems odd. Then again we didnt get pennywise with his movie, so I guess you never know.

So the only reason you think it's not Pinhead is because he wouldn't give us a real leak this close to the release. I think that's a pretty flimsy basis. If it just makes you think it's not Pinhead because of that okay, but I definitely wouldn't say it means it's not him.
Also, regardless of the tweet at all, there are things that were pointing to Pinhead already. I was thinking it was Pinhead even before the tweet so whether that teaser is legit or not is pretty irrelevant to me as an evidence of the next chapter.
I still think most things point towards it being Pinhead.

In a way, I agree with you. They've done so many red herrings that I think the killer has to be the one that isn't getting talked about. We've seen red herrings with Candyman, Alien and Pinhead. The "BIG" killers that haven't been hinted about by Behavior Devs are Jason, IT and Chucky. (I think there were some Behavior hints at IT also). Between Jason and Chucky, it's most likely Jason because of size considerations. With Chucky, all you would see as the killer would be grass, which would be totally awful to play as Chucky (Image being shorter than Pig level all match).
There have been absolutely no red herrings pointing to Jason. Which is really making me think it's Jason at this point.

To be fair, there is a ton of 'evidence' pointing to a bunch of killers. For Cote to release such a painfully obvious tweet so close to the reveal, when they have been so tightlipped to that point, just doesnt make sense to me.
I could be wrong. We could both be wrong. We will find out in just a couple hours.

I agree with everything about this. Although a minth ago id have been going nuts hoping for Jason, im absolutely ecstatic about the possibility of xenomorph.
