Patch 3.7.0 Config Edit
With the new patch i can't edit the config and tweak my low end laptop thanks to new update please bring it back i am playing this game for 4 years if you don't bring it back i cannot play this game ever again and it's not just me there are lots of players who cannot play this game anymore

1- wrong, with 3.7.0 they unlocked stuff like AA disablement, there are other code lines you can use
2- never seen anyone with your same problem, from which source do you say a lot of players can't play?

That literally removes mist,and probably adds the bigger stain aswell. Shouldn't be possible anyway.

And no it was just tweaking graphics for low end pc its not cheating

So removing mist(an ingame mechanic which is there to be altered with offerings,and it also limits ur vision) isn't cheating? Then removing shadows and making the stain 2x as big in radius and making it go through everything isn't cheating either? Ye lmao

Okay first of all i am playing like this since the beginning of this game and i didn't banned or get a warning anyway its not illegal too becuz dbd aware of this give us(low end pc gamers) a permission to do this so it's nonsense to discuss this now

You can still edit the game files to boost your FPS. They even gave us back the codes to disable AA, after they locked it in. Nothing has been changed in that aspect. Fog and red stain are hard-coded now, as far as I am aware, and they should be.
There are new, improved graphics coming this year as well. If you can't play the game now then don't expect to be playing it when those patches come out. You will have to save up some money, and buy a new PC, that's just how it is. You can't expect to play modern games on a bad laptop that wasn't meant for gaming.

I also reccomend reduce values of ScreenScaleForWindowedMode and ScreenResolution in GameUserSettings. bUseVSync is False. And if you want, you can reduce your Resolution to 1811x1080. It doesn't give you any advantage. Just for better FPS.
