Opinion about mori's

Me and my friends tend to 4-man SWF alot. We just want to have a good time, we aren't the best players and we're not toxic.

The problem is, every killer we go against brings an ebony mori because they think we're a toxic swf. This just makes the game unfun for us.

If the killer brought an ivory mori then we'd be okay with it. But the ebonys just keep on coming.

We're all red ranks but we're having a tough time having an enjoyable match.


In my opinion mori's ruin the game.

    In their latest stream they said they are aware of the Mori situation and that the system is not perfect.

    I guess it will be changed at some point.

    It would be nice if they consider only a Green mori system and Allow only the Hex Devour to remain. That way it does allow survivors to counter and apply pressure. Maybe if they backed off the required hooks by 1. It would pan out for Red and Purple ranks. It still might feel too Oppressive against Yellow, Gray and Green ranks.

    If they'd make the mori so that you can mori after the 2nd hook, that might be much better. But getting mori'd after the 1st hook is just not fun.

    That also defeats the entire purpose of the Mori and would make it useless to bring outside of its cosmetic.


    If the first death only required one hook and the rest two hooks then it would serve its purpose. It’s a powerful offering that is meant to turn the tide to the killers side. It’s also against the killers interest to mori everyone so smart ones will only mori the first person and wait until second hook to mori the rest.

    If the survivors were solo and not on comms I'd be okay with it. But the SWF groups just keep on coming.

    2. You do realise it's not the killers job to make you and your friends a fun time? You play against each other, which means everything that's fun for you, is probably not fun for the killer and vice versa.
