Iron will not working - PC
Since the 3.7.1 I have noticed that iron will doesnt work like half of my matches. I can hear myself moan when I´m injured and I tested this with a friend in a private match and he could hear me, making this perk useless (yes, I have this perk at level 3).

I tested this myself earlier today and it worked fine for me, the one time it didn't was when the killer had Stridor.
Do you have some video of the perk not working for you?

The same thing for me, iron will not work when i am downed, or if the nurse blinks trough me with that screaming addon. Or if the killer uses that screaming perk, after the scream i can hear the character moaning of pain when injured.

Are you sure the killer isn't using Stridor? That perk hard counters Iron Will, and you will hear yourself cry in pain when injured. Unless something is bugged, this is a dead giveaway that the killer has Stridor.

Iron Will is not supposed to work when you are downed and in the dying state. Also the nurses add on is nothing to do with Iron Will and you are supposed to scream when that add on. Also you are not supposed to be quiet if the Killer is using Infectious Fright - Iron Will is not a counter to this perk.

You didn't get me, after the character screams, the iron will is ignored and the character starts moaning and grunting. And i didnt know that when you are down you should not be silent, before the pach 3.7 iron will worked also when down. I didnt see anything in the change log for the last patch about this, from where you know this info ?
It didnt had stridor, waited the end of the match to confirm that. Basicaly if the character screams while he is injured it will broke the iron will.

@SanKraN Iron Will has never worked in dying state, it specifically says on the perk "injured".
As for the other things, as I asked - please provide video evidence if you're finding things not working as intended.

Just to make sure before I waste points on Jake. Does calm spirit protect you from all of that? Including the visual clues?

Spoon will counter Iron Will though. Maybe the killer had that?
