Blood Pact + Decisive Strike
Hello. I was on the wiki and I noticed something interesting. Blood Pact reduces the odds of being the Obsession. There is -100%. (In the perk description, move the mouse cursor on Reduces). Does that mean, if I am the only person with Decisive Strike in my team, I will not be an obsession?

Someone else will be the obession instead.
Sometimes im the only one with ds but im not the obsession

Post-rework-Decisive Strike does not garuntee you being the obsession, even if you are the only one with an obsession perk. It merely increases the chances.
5 -
No, it's 100%, when you're the only one who has DS.
Edit
You can check it on the wiki.

Nope.

The wiki is inaccurate, please don't take figures from this site.

They really are telling the truth. Having an obsession perk will make you more likely to be the obsession, not you are guaranteed to become the obsession.
Just keep an eye out for it. Every now and again you'll see an obsession with no respective perk selected.

This is correct.
But what I quoted was that you will be 100% the Obsession when you are running DS and nobody else is running an Obsession Perk. This is not correct.

lol, No I know. I just quoted to continue the chain like a thread. I completely understood what you meant in your post, sorry about that.

Be careful when using this perk along with decisive strike.
While using blood pact along with decisive strike you were unlikely to become The Obsession however the second you actually use decisive strike to get off the killer shoulder you will become The Obsession and it will automatically disable blood Pack.
Same thing goes for if you encounter a killer with furtive chase or nemesis when it says reduces your chance of becoming The Obsession it means when the match initially starts you won't be selected as it however a perk that transfers The Obsession to you will still work.
Decisive strike
Furtive Chase
Nemesis
For the people
These four perks will have an impact on blood pact as they can give you the obsession or remove it from you if you are running blood pact I suggest you don't use decisive strike or for the people and you should be careful of of Nemesis and furtive Chase

Thank you very much. This is very useful for me.

So the literal game code that dictates how things work is inaccurate?
1 -
The wiki isn't accurate, its definitely not based off the games code.

Except it is and it is. Every article might not always be up to date, but that's because most of the editing is done by one person, while everyone else sits around falsely criticizing them.

Well then they're far behind changing many things. Which means they're inaccurate.

Care to point them out, or are you just going to keep making vague accusations with nothing to back them up?

Ok, I'll start off with certain numbers. Decisive strike is not 100%, and far off it infact. I've had many games where I've been obsession without decisive and yet I've had teammates running it.
Second of all (last I checked) white ward wasn't up to date with its description. Many things that get description changes are overlooked.
Finally, although not necessarily inaccurate, they are slow in releasing things usually. I remember being away skiing when Deathslinger being released, and it took a few days to even touch the perks, let alone the add ons.
