Feng Min Cardigan???

Is there any way I can obtain the cardigan torso for Feng Min? It doesn't seem to show up in my in-game store. Also, It might just seem like my game is glitched considering I'm not able to see all cosmetics with the store. Weird and hard to explain...

    The dark blue one with the white striped top, you mean? That's not available in the Store, it's part of her unique outfit that you can only obtain by buying the Spark of Madness DLC (as opposed to buying the characters individually through the in-game store).
