if a character reaches P3 his perks are unlocked and added to each and every characters baseloadout

Thought it would be neat way to reward p3 and reduce the grind


Alternatively

In fact if each P1 added the baselvl to everyone

And p2 was lvl 2

And p3 was lvl 3 of all perks

Add a gold frame around them to display
