Discordance rant again
Devs can you please pretty please reverse the upgrade progression of this perk it is literally the only Perk in the entire game that gets worse at the higher tier it gets.
Normally I wouldn't mind however it is very irritating when I have to constantly see it in my blood web and all I could think to myself is in game stop trying to make discordance Tier 2 happen it's not going to happen

We've been over this hundreds of times.
Tier One isn't objectively better. It makes a loud noise more often which is a downside.

That isnt why Discordance 1 is better. The less amount of time a gen is highlighted is why its better. That means you know for certain that that gen no longer has 2 survivors on it faster.

Why should they change it because of how you feel? Discordance is up to preference. You can chose if you want more noise notifications or not.

It gives more information frequently which is more useful

Not if the Bloodweb forces you to take Discordance tier 2+. If you Prestige 3 a character and Discordance tier 2 or 3 pops up in the early Bloodwebs, you're stuck with it forever.
And as someone else said, it's not the noise notifications, it's that the shorter amount of time the gen is highlighted means you know faster if there are no longer two survivors on it.

Four seconds is really that much of a difference to you? Personally I don't like all the noise.

How pray tell do we choose? Like someone said if you get really unlucky you can get stuck with 2-3 after prestige. Or some people may not learn until too late that 1 is possibly better than 3, I mean most people would assume the higher rank is better. Should we be forced to prestige someone just to re learn and allow it to get stuck at rank 1?
I have it as 3 on most killers because I’m OCD and it just looks cleaner in my killer perk screen, but I can see why a lot of people want that option.
