Any safe way to derank?
I simply cannot stand the toxicity at red ranks
No wonder killers don't play at red ranks, its the worst exprience possible
Is there a way to derank to not face this issue?

well thats because survivor is easier, you can run 4 second chance perks and swf is broken AF. but no, sadly their isnt you just have to deal with it or dont play killer. i use to enjoy killer but im tired of 4 man swf all running DS, DH, BT, Unbreakable, like i wanna play for fun i dont want to sweat or feel powerless because i play some weaker killers.

Deranking to face less skilled killers isn't fair to the killers. It's bad enough they matched up with red ranks 80% of the time once they get past rank 10 or so.

Focus on something you want to improve or try a new killer.

I just played clown with Rancor, BBQ, Distressing and w/e else to maximize BP gains. Try get at least one hook on everyone or not don't slug, but M1 them and keep throwing bottles at them. Your real objective is the rancor kill. How I de-pipped to greens while still getting nicer BP.

kinda hard when all survivors come with the purpose of bully you while you are trying to learn new killers
I shouldn't have to wait once every month to have fun as killer again
I think thats the issue

Well the lower ranks arent any less "toxic" they just dont have the skills to match. What are you seeing that you consider toxic and think you wont see in lower ranks?
The only reason i think its ok for a killer to depip is if theyre trying to learn a new killer they suck with. As an example I went back to 13 when i started messing with nurse, that was fair cause even the 13s were stomping me at first. But i went back to reds when i was comfortable landing shots more consistently. I still get best a lot running her in reds but its managable.

Can use a tomestone piece on Myers. Often times even if you 4k...you depip, lol.

The relative sucess of the game has make the developers complacent. Especially they hear from people mostly from echho chamber of reddit.
IMO, even as I paly mostly surviivor is that the game need to be more favorable to killer, to give the sense of power to killer & fear to survivor, so people wanted to play as killer, & survivors feel more intense.
I suggest make perk like Mori auto & other buff.

I play at red ranks and so do many others.
If you want to derank, just don't hook anybody. Follow the first survivor you find without mind gaming. If you see you gained too much distance go for an early swing that will miss. Boom, deranked.
