Should Pyramid Head’s trenches have a status effect?
Nothing major like auras being revealed, but something like exhaustion, blindness or anything else? Ones that would make the most sense would either be hemorrhage or hindered since technically when you’re tormented, you’re caught in barbed wire and razor blades. Currently it’s kinda just there until you down someone but that’s it.
Do you think there should be a status effect when tormented or is it fine as is?

Yes. It should have some sort of effect besides allowing the killer to send you to a cage.
I think that having louder groans when injured or bleeding more frequently should be a good addition.

I like the idea of Hemorrhage being made basekit even if it won't do much overall. Make it basekit when you get Tormented and replace that godawful Very Rare addon with Hindered. Or just go whole hog and make running across the trails make you Hindered at base, but that seems way too powerful to me, especially cause you'll be using them around loops.

Since you have barbed wire all around you, I think it should make performing actions more difficult.
Skill check size is reduced by x% while Tormented

I don't think it needs more effects, I just think Torment needs to be easier to apply.

See I'm the opposite. I think it should be difficult to apply, but rewarding when it is applied.
Legion is a perfect example of a Killer that can apply a relatively underwhelming status effect very easily. And we all know how fun they are to face and play as.
I'd like Pyramid Head to a least get a chance to explore the opposite end of the spectrum. At least see how something like that plays out in the meta over time.

Well I see Legions case as different because that's his main ability, where as PH the Torment is more of a secondary supportive ability to me.

I don't know nearly enough about PH to discuss this accurately, but how do you figure that? His trenches and ability to send people to cages seems like his most powerful asset, kind of like how Doc's Madness helps with the illusions. The extra parts (Killer Instinct on trenches, special attack) seem like the secondary parts.

His primary skill is his ranged attack.
All his trenches/Torment debuff are doing is saving him a little time hooking, that's it. There's no debuff on the survivors.

Well the cages prevent the hooking perks- with meta perks like DS or BT, I think thats pretty good. Assuming its not too hard to make Survivors tormented, thats not too bad. Saying his alt attack is his main power is like Pig's Dash or Demo's Shred is the main part (difference is PH's power is much stronger than RNG helmets or portals).

Well it's also preventing the killers perks and those perks not activating doesn't really matter because it sends them to the opposite side of the map for a free save.
"Saying his alt attack is his main power is like Pig's Dash or Demo's Shred is the main part"
Yeah..and i agree with those statements as well. Those are their main abilities.

It also blocks killer hook perks like Devour and BBQ. Ik know Pig's dash attack isn't her primary ability, but PH ranged attack ignores collision entirely.
