Solo survivor, what makes you dislike your teammate? Funny topic, maybe a few tips
No one that got me into DBD plays anymore really so I play about 50% killer and 50% solo survivor depending on queues. Killer you’re on your own but we all know solo survivor life can be... interesting to say the least. What annoys you about random teammates, or if you wanna give advice what one thing do you wish other people knew?
Let’s keep in mind different people have different play styles so what they do may not be “wrong.” Hopefully this status lighthearted no bashing or arguing.
my two would both revolve around healing.
- teammates who run We’ll make it, but then unhook you and run off even if the killer is nowhere around.
- counter to that, when I run Well make it and a teammates runs 50 meters away from me to self care... uhm here’s the helpful tip when you see that icon, I could have fully healed you before you even started your 30 second self care.

When they don't work on generators.

There have been games where I run Kindred and still die on first hook.

When that one survivor decides they really need healing even though there's 20 seconds left on the gen and it'd be faster to help me.

What if they don't have Adrenaline, though?

Help me finish the gen, then I'll be happy to heal you.

When the killer gets a big "We're here!" sign and you're basically safe because I'm the easier target. How very altruistic of you.

Unless the gate is right beside us or the killer was on their way, that would be a very poor move from the killer which I wouldn't have planned for.
I'd try and bodyblock, though.

That's why I'd demand healing first or go heal myself elsewhere. I think ahead.

honestly i probably wouldnt mind but its the fact that survivors i get on my team are so god damn different to the ones i verse its annoying, its why i often avoid playing killer because i CBA to deal with swf, broken maps or a bunch of high skilled players all using the OP meta... like i wanna play for fun not get people being toxic towards me for using weaker killers or perks

Different playstyles I guess. I rarely ask for heals and only get healed if I find a med kit or if another survivor wants to heal me.

When they waste time and do nothing. I loop the killer for a minute to finally go down and literally not see a single person near a gen.
Biggest survivor advice you can give to any player...get on a generator..that's it. Stop wasting time.
If your team is efficient at gens, they can be terrible loopers and still win.

I ask for heals whenever possible. If a survivor won't do it and wants to finish a gen first, I go elsewhere. I don't use second-chance perks like Adrenaline, so I'm more vulnerable if the killer comes around.

With you on the second chance perks, although I understand why you don't want to be left in a vulnerable position.

I don't bring in items either. I like to pretend I'm Solid Snake or Naked Snake - stealth and whatever I can find only. Plus my SWF teammate and the randoms.

there is nothing better than watching my team run around the hook like headless chickens when the killer is still there, downing one after another.
Kindred is a blessing - but it also reveals all the mistakes your team does, which can lea to frustration.
Overaltruism kills! stop being overaltruistic!

I hate it when survivors run the killer to me, while I'm repairing a gen, or cleansing a totem, and the killer actually changes targets. I assume these survivors are part of a toxic SWF or something.
Survivors being potatoes is generally annoying, too.
This might be a weird one, but I don't like it when survivors try to farm.

I question my teammates intelligence sometimes 😂.

How about teammates who loop the killer around a hooked teammate. They refuse to risk taking even one hit so they loop and loop and loop until the poor person gets 1-hooked.
For extra icing they also complain about camping post game chat

I hate it when teammates make super unsafe unhooks, I don't run decisive strike and they don't have borrowed time, yet they unhook me with the killer on their tail and I get downed almost instantly. I think the idea is use me as a distraction so they can escape.

there are a lot of things that i hate happening - thats one of them, but when the killer isnt tunneling and someone else comes in with BT you can still work around it.
another annoying thing are Hook farmers, DCers (including hook suicide), sandbaggers, people selfcaring against a sloppy butcher killer or people that ignore you on the hook all game until you die.

It pisses me off when a survivor leaves you on a gen, then gets caught in a chase and leads the killer back to you in hopes that they chase you instead.

OMGERD, so many 😂
Survivors who expect an under hook heal when the killer has come back to every single off hook and/or there is heartbeat
Survivors who crouch walk away from the hook in front of you because they hear heartbeat, even tho the killer is in LOS of the hook and incoming
Survivors who farm you without BT
Survivors who get caught coming in for an off hook and chase around the hook instead of taking the killer away
Survivors who waste palettes you are slugged under because they aren't sneaky
Survivors who self care before coming to off hook when the killer is busy, causing you to second stage
Sandbagging almost completed gens, especially the last gen
Survivors who teabag the hatch in a 2 v 1 when it's your first hook
Survivors who rush off hooks back and forth vs. letting the killer leave the area, causing several hook trades in a row
Looping and getting hooked in end game (especially a first hook) while your teammate opens the door, only to have them linger in the exit gate until the killers comes, instead of stealthing and saving you, so they can claim they were "pushed out". You know I can see you, right?
When you go on a long chase and finally get hooked only to see your 3 teammates urban evading around the map, not doing any gens
When an injured survivor refuses to finish a gen with you until you heal them, especially when the killer is obviously chasing someone else
People who leave a gen at 90% because they get the tiniest bit of heart beat when both people could have knocked it out before the killer got there
When I do 2-3 totems and still get hit with NOED. Every survivor should endeavor to get 1 totem per match minimum, always
I'm sure there are more. Teammates can be the worst 😂

If there's no NOED to worry about, take the hit if you're going to rescue someone in the Endgame. Might as well keep them hooked if you're just going to run in front of the injured survivor.

I hate super aggressive teammates who are over confident in their abilities. It usually means they go down before the first gen pops and for me to expect them to unhook me while the Killer is breathing on my hanging body.
0 -
The long, slow crouch walk from the generator furthest from me to my hook, giving me time to ponder all my life choices and guess whether I'll be 1 hooked or not.
Eventually, when they're between 10 - 20 metres from me, and by now my guy is screaming as much as I am, they charge full pelt to my rescue...
... forgetting we're facing The Hag.

Oh no, i'm not going to dislike someone just because they're bad players.
The ones who annoy me are the intentional scumbags who screw me over or use hacks/cheats.
2 -
I dislike it when I am running Kindred (AKA every match), get hooked, and see multiple survivors beeline it to me and no one on generators. Like, you have perfect information about the game state and where the killer is going. You can see if he is chasing someone. How is at least one of you not on a generator?
