Spawn Hacking

I have a full recorded match against a Spawn Hacking Huntress. (hacking starts at 2:42 in the video)

The hack can apparently be used as either killer or survivor, and can be used to teleport themselves or others to coordinates, spawn in new survivors, start end game collapse, summon entity etc etc. Is the dev team aware of this exploit/hack?
