I dunno, it'd be interesting. We could also get one of the Trapper's dad, Huntress' mum, or the Wraith's boss, Azarov. Although I can't see the Huntress' mum working since I believe she wasn't evil and was wiser than Anna. Idk, it'd be interesting for legendary skin ideas though.

She could work.
We don't know much about her really, except that, for whatever reason, she was a single mother trying to eke out a living in the Russian wilderness. There's nothing to indicate she was any nicer or wiser than her daughter turned out, and even so those traits wouldn't really keep her from being a Killer.
As a whole, I quite like the idea of lore-based Legendary Outfits. It could be cool to see.

I personally think she is just by the way she was in the lore, and her knowing some songs and having a daughter indicates that she had interacted with humans before, in which she may have inherited some morality.

By way of contrast though her isolation in such a remote area could suggest any number of things.
After all, she was alone, raising a child in a desolate and dangerous area. One that she herself obviously wasn't fully equipped to survive in.
To me that reeks of someone desperate - but whether to hide, to start a new life, or simply just someone with no other options we just can't know.
Anna's mom is a complete mystery.

I can see some of these working, even the mom one. You say she wasn't evil and was wiser, but I would argue Anna wasn't evil either. She just grew up feral and without guidance because her mother, who was raising her in the wild, died when Anna was still young. The entity also, from what I've heard, is supposed to "corrupt" the killers and turn them monstrous in a sense.

Honestly, my older brother used to resemble the clown in physique and now he's lost so much weight that you could never tell that he used to look the way he did, unless you personally knew him or see a picture. If he can change THAT much, I don't doubt that the Clown could change too.

In his lore it said he was athletic then he became a druggy and ate junk food. Now he’s the thicc boy we know.
“Academically, he was unremarkable, coasting by on his significant athletic prowess. He grew tall and strong, excelling at track events, but shunned any attempts to coax him into team sports.”

He wasn’t actually a clown during his circus years. He used a disguise while being a circus worker (he was actually in the back working with stuff) so that people would approach him.
Couple that with substance abuse and becoming a horrible (not to mention lazy) person... and you get the Clown as he is now.

Basically they're skins that change your entire character.
So instead of just equipping head or outfit cosmetics, you equip a complete outfit that changes the character you're playing completely.
The only example we have so far is that Heather Mason will have an outfit that turns her into Lisa Garland.

He'd have to be a new character tbh, since he was desperate and broken, not filled with revenge and rage like Rin was. So it's unlikely he'd have the Yamaokas haunting ability, probably would make a cool new character.

Honestly I just want Rin's Dad because I was kinda pissed it was The Oni instead when the Cursed Legacy was revealed. Course that was my fault for hyping it up to be Rin's Dad with the hints that it will be someone from the Yamaoka Family. Or maybe Rin's father can be a legendary skin for the Oni, who knows?
