SWFs
So, I just hit rank 7 in killer and lately I have been getting a LOT of SWFs, and I am not talking about like 2 people, ALL OF THEM. Since I can't do much about them, how do I counter them ?

Lobby dodge if you're worried about it.

That's not a solution, that's just avoiding dealing with the problem.
OP, you have to know how SWF play. Usually they're overly altruistic, so you can take advantage of that. Also, if you're playing a stealth killer or a killer that puts down traps, assume all survivors see you and/or your traps if you put them around a hooked survivor.
If they're SWF "death squads", there's nothing you can do if you're not in the top 1% of killers (even then it's extremely unlikely you'll win unless they massively ######### up).

Is that the only solution tho ?

A well coordinated swf death squad on comms doesn't have a counter unless you master Nurse, Spirit or Billy/Oni and Freddy, and even then good luck, since most of the time you will have to wait for them to make a mistake.
The best advice I can give you is to avoid getting in long chases and tunnel the weakest member. The faster you can get them out of the match, the easier it will be to get the rest of them. Don't feel bad for them, they don't care about you.
If you suspect them being a swf, select your best Killer, with your best add-ons and throw in a mori just in case.

They are friends in Steam, they are from the same country and stuff, y'know, the usual clues.

Since you said you just hit rank 7, I assume you’re probably new-ish to killer. Beating SWF gets easier with experience - you need to be able to anticipate what they’ll do so you can counter it.
For example, you down a survivor in front of a locker. If they’re in a SWF, you can check the locker first before picking up to make sure there’s nobody waiting there with Head On for a cheeky save. This sort of stuff you learn to do through experience (and falling victim to it a few times 😁).
A few things you need to watch out for in particular with SWF:
- Flashlight saves! Always pick up facing a wall if you can.
- Pallet saves. Always be cautious about picking up a survivor under a pallet.
- Someone freshly unhooked baiting you into picking them up so they can DS you. If someone gets unhooked and immediately goes to save another hooked person, assume DS and slug them.
The biggest difference between solo and SWF is typically that SWF will be super altruistic and rush to save their friends. And because they can coordinate and tell each other where they are and where you are, it’s easier for SWF to pull off riskier plays. But riskier plays can be punished if you anticipate them, so just keep in mind that every match is an opportunity to learn something. Every time I have a match I feel went badly, I try to consider what I could have done differently.
